1. Job Description – Stores Officer
Location: Gozariya Plant, Mehsana District, Gujarat
Position Summary
The Stores Officer will be responsible for the receipt, storage, inventory recording, and issue of raw materials and packing materials through the ERP system. The role requires accurate documentation, stock discipline, and timely support to the production team.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, and other stores items.
- Verify quantity and condition of materials against purchase documents.
- Prepare Goods Receipt (GRN) and enter all receipts accurately in the ERP system.
- Record all material issues and stock movements in the ERP on a real-time basis.
- Assist in periodic stock verification and physical inventory.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe storage practices in the stores.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality Control, Production, and Accounts for smooth material flow.
- Report any shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies to the Stores In-charge immediately.

- Labour management including daily workforce planning, contractor supervision, and grievance handling
- Legal and statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, Factories Act, labour law, and government inspections
- Security and gate management — overseeing factory security personnel and entry/exit protocols
- Admin and facility management — canteen, housekeeping, transport, and general administration
- Employee engagement, disciplinary proceedings, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Liaison with labour departments, government bodies, and legal counsel as required

Strong working knowledge of labour laws, Factories Act, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances
Proven experience managing blue-collar and contract workforce at scale

5. CPVC Compounding Expert
Position: CPVC Compounding Expert / Technical Manager – CPVC Compounding
Location: Santej unit ; Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in CPVC compounding with reputed Indian CPVC processing and compounding companies.
