- Sales Manager – Polymers & PVC Additives (Mumbai) – We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Mumbai and the Western India region, focusing on PVC resins, polymer products, and chemical additives. If you have a strong track record in polymer sales and a deep understanding of the industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales of PVC and polymer additives in the region
✅ Grow and manage customer relationships (B2B)
✅ Identify and convert new business opportunities
✅ Collaborate with technical and marketing teams
✅ Stay ahead of market and competitor trends
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets
Preferred Profile:
✔ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in polymers or PVC additives
✔ Existing network in Maharashtra/Gujarat preferred
✔ Experience in selling chemical additives like stabilizers, lubricants, or plasticizers is a plus
✔ Strong negotiation, communication & client management skills

Factory Requirements

- Chief R&D Manager:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years or more experience of hands-on experience in Polymer Additives Research and Product Development.
- Deep understanding of Polymer Chemistry, Compounding, and Processing Techniques.
- Experience with analytical tools such as FTIR, TGA, DSC, GC-MS, and Rheology Instruments.
- Proven track record of successful Product Launches and Technology Innovation.
- Strong Project Management and Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, FDA, and other Regulatory Requirements is an advantage.
