- Business Development Manager– International – Minimum MBA / BE with minimum of 7 Years of Experience in Export Marketing of Chemicals , Polymer Additives or Industrial Product.
- Business Development Manager – Domestic – Any Graduate/ MBA / BE with minimum of 5 years of Experience. Locations : Ahmedabad/ Daman/ Silvassa/ Vapi/ Mumbai/ Punjab/ Kolkata/ West Bengal/ Raipur/ Hyderabad/ Bengaluru.
- Marketing Manager – Cable Industry Applications specifically.
Factory Requirements

- Chief R&D Manager:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years or more experience of hands-on experience in Polymer Additives Research and Product Development.
- Deep understanding of Polymer Chemistry, Compounding, and Processing Techniques.
- Experience with analytical tools such as FTIR, TGA, DSC, GC-MS, and Rheology Instruments.
- Proven track record of successful Product Launches and Technology Innovation.
- Strong Project Management and Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, FDA, and other Regulatory Requirements is an advantage.
