1. Logistics Executive

Full-time  ·  On-site  at SANTEJ   – NR SCIENCE CITY / Ahmedabad Factory operations

We are a manufacturing company looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our operations team. If you have a strong background in freight and transportation, a sharp eye for cost negotiation, and the drive to keep our supply chain running smoothly every single day — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

      • Negotiate daily freight and transportation rates with carriers and logistics companies
      • Manage and grow a reliable panel of transport vendors
      • Coordinate closely with our dispatch department to ensure timely movement of goods
      • Handle all freight documentation — LR, e-way bills, delivery challans
      • Track logistics costs and report savings and performance to management

What we’re looking for

      • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
      • Proven ability to negotiate rates and manage transport contracts
      • Good existing contacts in the transport and logistics industry
      • Basic Knowledge of GST, e-way bill compliance, and freight documentation
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight daily dispatch deadlines

2. Procurement Head

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Head to lead our entire sourcing and purchasing function. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep commercial acumen with strong supplier relationships and a thorough understanding of manufacturing operations. You will own procurement from strategy to execution —

What you’ll be responsible for

      • Lead end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, consumables, capex, and services
      • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality and continuity of supply
      • Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with suppliers
      • Build and manage a reliable, high-performing vendor base — qualifying new suppliers and rating existing ones
      • Collaborate with production, quality, finance, and logistics to align procurement with factory needs
      • Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply risks — and act proactively
      • Drive digitisation of procurement processes including PO management, vendor portals, and spend analytics
      • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, budgets, and statutory requirements

What we’re looking for

      • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing
      • MBA (Supply Chain / Finance / Operations), CA, or a degree in Supply Chain Management — required
      • Engineering background (B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline) is strongly preferred
      • Demonstrated track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives
      • Strong understanding of raw material markets, import/export procedures, and vendor development
      • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar) and procurement analytics tools
      • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

3. HR Head (Factory)

Full-time  ·  On-site  ·  Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead all people, admin, and compliance functions at our factory. This is a senior role requiring someone who understands the unique demands of a factory environment — from managing a large workforce to ensuring legal and statutory compliance on the shop floor.

What you’ll be responsible for

      • End-to-end HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit
      • Labour management including daily workforce planning, contractor supervision, and grievance handling
      • Legal and statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, Factories Act, labour law, and government inspections
      • Security and gate management — overseeing factory security personnel and entry/exit protocols
      • Admin and facility management — canteen, housekeeping, transport, and general administration
      • Employee engagement, disciplinary proceedings, and maintaining a positive work environment
      • Liaison with labour departments, government bodies, and legal counsel as required

What we’re looking for

5–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a factory or manufacturing setup — this is a must

Strong working knowledge of labour laws, Factories Act, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances

Proven experience managing blue-collar and contract workforce at scale

Hands-on experience handling security, admin, and facility functions

Ability to deal firmly and fairly with labour issues, unions, and disciplinary matters

Graduate/postgraduate in HR, Labour Relations, or related field; MBA preferred

Preference :   Candidates with factory experience will only be considered

4. CPVC Compounding  Expert

Position: CPVC Compounding Expert / Technical Manager – CPVC Compounding

Location: Santej unit ; Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in CPVC compounding with reputed Indian CPVC processing and  compounding  companies.

Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and optimize CPVC compound formulations for extrusion and injection molding applications.
      • Handle complete compounding operations including:
        • Raw material selection
        • Recipe development
        • Processing optimization
        • Quality consistency
        • Cost optimization
      • Ensure product performance as per relevant Indian and international standards.
      • Troubleshoot processing and quality issues related to formulation and processing
      • Work closely with production, QC, procurement, and technical teams.
      • Lead trials for new grades and application development in collaboration with the Marketing team

Desired Candidate Profile

      • Strong knowledge of:
        • CPVC resin systems and all other additives
      • Practical exposure to:
        • High-speed mixers
        • Twin screw extrusion
        • Hot & cold mixing systems
        • Laboratory testing equipment

Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
