1. Position: Plant Manager – PVC Additives Division

Location: Santej Unit at Ahmedabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our state-of-the-art PVC Additives Manufacturing Facility. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing production, planning, and execution in alignment with the company’s vision of building and maintaining a world-class manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead overall plant operations, ensuring optimum productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement the management’s strategic vision through effective process control and resource utilization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, process optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Prepare and present plant performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a leadership role within Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Process industries.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end plant operations and process optimization.

2. Instrumentation & Electronics Engineer

Location: Santej ’ Ahmedabad
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Reporting To: Plant Head / Engineering Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for maintenance, programming, troubleshooting, and improvement of all instrumentation, electronics, PLCs, automation systems, electrical panels, and drives to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• • • Maintain and troubleshoot process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, etc.).
    • Program, modify, and back up PLC logic; support HMI/SCADA systems.
    • Design and troubleshoot PLC panels, MCC panels, control wiring, and I/O systems.
    • Service and maintain VFDs, AC drives, soft starters, and control panels.
    • Provide quick breakdown support and root cause analysis for automation failures.
    • Ensure instrument calibration, documentation, and safety compliance.
    • Support plant upgrades, automation improvements, and new installations.
    • Coordinate with production, vendors, and OEMs when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• • • B.E./B.Tech /  in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics.
    • Min 5-7 years experience in a chemical or process plant (batch plant exposure preferred). or design of PLC PANELS.

Required Skills

• • • Hands-on PLC programming (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Schneider or similar).
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in instrumentation and automation.
    • Good understanding of chemical process control.
    • Ability to work independently and support plant operations.
