About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our organization. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance, corporate governance, and effective coordination with stakeholders. The candidate will also play a key role in documentation and compliance related to Pre and Post IPO process.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Manage board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
- Liaise with merchant bankers, regulators, and other authorities for documentation and compliance.
- Support management in corporate governance matters and decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.
- Assist in IPO and capital market-related processes (where applicable).
Requirements

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Public Limited Company.
- Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Pre and Post IPO processes will be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
Factory Requirements
- HR Manager / Admin & IR Manager
Location: Santej, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years (Industrial Experience Mandatory)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration professional with strong industrial experience to manage contract labour, general administration, and industrial relations at our Santej plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling contractual workers and a good network to mobilize labour as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities:
• Oversee General Administration and Security Management at the plant.
• Manage Onboarding and Exit formalities for employees and contract staff.
• Plan and execute the Events Calendar including employee engagement and festive celebrations.
• Handle Contract Labour Management – coordination with contractors, attendance, and compliance.
• Maintain effective Industrial Relations (IR) and address workforce issues proactively.
Indirect Responsibilities:
• Supervise Facility and Asset Management including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Review and verify Payroll, Attendance, and Leave data for accuracy.
Key Skills & Competencies
