✔ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Polymers or PVC Additives
✔ Existing network in PVC market preferred
✔ Experience in selling Chemical Additives like Stabilizers, Lubricants, or Plasticizers is a plus
✔ Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or MBA preferred
4. Company Secretary

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our organization. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance, corporate governance, and effective coordination with stakeholders. The candidate will also play a key role in documentation and compliance related to Pre and Post IPO process.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Manage board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
- Liaise with merchant bankers, regulators, and other authorities for documentation and compliance.
- Support management in corporate governance matters and decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.
- Assist in IPO and capital market-related processes (where applicable).
Requirements

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Public Limited Company.
- Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to Pre and Post IPO processes will be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Santej Unit at Ahmedabad
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our state-of-the-art PVC Additives Manufacturing Facility. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing production, planning, and execution in alignment with the company’s vision of building and maintaining a world-class manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, ensuring optimum productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement the management’s strategic vision through effective process control and resource utilization.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Prepare and present plant performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a leadership role within Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Process industries.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end plant operations and process optimization.
