- Marketing Manager – Polymers & PVC Additives (Delhi / Punjab) –
If you have a strong track record of sales in Polymer especially in PVC sector and a deep understanding of the industry, we want to hear from you.
Marketing Manager Preferred Profile:
✔ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Polymers or PVC Additives
✔ Existing network in PVC market preferred
✔ Experience in selling Chemical Additives like Stabilizers, Lubricants, or Plasticizers is a plus
✔ Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or MBA preferred

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Factory HR Manager at Faith Industries Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. As the Factory HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR manager in an factory with more than 100 workers.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
